Welcome to AI Collective. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our digital growth and automation services specifically designed for the auto detailing industry. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Definitions
"AI Collective" refers to the digital growth and automation partner for auto detailing businesses. "Client" refers to the auto detailing business owner or operator using our services. "Services" refers to the digital systems and AI automation solutions provided by AI Collective.
2. Supply of Services
AI Collective provides digital growth systems, AI automation, and operational efficiency solutions tailored to the specific workflow of auto detailing businesses. These services are designed to improve lead generation, customer communication, and administrative efficiency.
3. Client Obligations
Our Clients agree to provide accurate business information and to use the Services solely for the purpose of improving their auto detailing business operations. They must also maintain a professional and respectful relationship with AI Collective and its partners.
4. Fees, Payments, and Refunds
Payment for the Services is due in advance. Refunds are subject to a prorated calculation based on the remaining service duration. Any fees charged by AI Collective are non-refundable once the service has been delivered and the Client has accessed the digital systems.
5. Termination
Either AI Collective or the Client may terminate the agreement with thirty (30) days written notice. Upon termination, the Client must cease using the Services and pay for all fees accrued up to the termination date.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from the use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Miami, Florida.
